A brand new property split into two semi-detached homes. D8 Management worked with each of the owners - on one side, a young family and the other side, a couple downsizing their property. The creative team we brought together and managed finished two refined homes with a contemporary modern flair, maximising the indoor and outdoor space with an efficient floor plan. We were particularly pleased to build the homes while protecting a beautiful tree at the front of the property.
